Jurnal Ketenagakerjaan (J-naker/The Indonesian Journal of Manpower) is a scientific publication published by the Center for the Policy Development, Ministry of Manpower. It has been accredited by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology by achieving the Sinta 2 predicate (Decree Number: 10/C/C3/DT.05.00/2025).
J-naker cooperates with several functional and professional associations of employment in order to develop this publication so that it can become a forum for improving the quality of employment policies. These collaborations include the Association of Indonesian Policy Analysts (AAKI) branch of the Ministry of Manpower, the Association of Indonesian Industrial Relations Mediators (AMHI), the Association of Indonesian Labor Inspectors (APKI), the Association of Job Training Instructors of the Republic of Indonesia (PILAR RI), the Association of All Indonesian Job Introduction (IKAPERJASI), and the Indonesian Development Planners Association (PPPI) Commissariat of the Ministry of Manpower.
J-naker facilitates functionals, professionals, practitioners, and academics in order to bridge science with policy.
J-naker has been published two times. J-naker receives manuscripts that discussed all aspects of employment, which are based on various scientific approaches such as economics, public administration, management, sociology, politics, government, communication, public policy, and other sciences relevant to the development of employment policies.
