Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengestimasi partisipasi Penyandang Disabilitas di pasar tenaga kerja Indonesia dengan menggunakan metode probit. Metode ini akan menggambarkan probabilitas partisipasi angkatan kerja dan kemungkinan dipekerjakan di pasar tenaga kerja Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan Sakernas 2018, probabilitas partisipasi penyandang cacat untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan dipekerjakan lebih rendah dibandingkan yang tidak cacat. Di antara Penyandang Disabilitas, Penyandang Disabilitas dengan kategori ringan memiliki kemungkinan lebih tinggi untuk dipekerjakan daripada Penyandang Disabilitas dengan kategori berat. Model estimasi juga akan dikontrol dengan menggunakan variabel sosial demografi.
