Revolusi Industri, Tren Pekerjaan Masa Depan, dan Posisi Indonesia
Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi yang begitu pesat membutuhkan seperangkat keterampilan dan keahlian yang perlu dikembangkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pekerjaan di masa depan. Pekerjaan masa depan yang perlu dikembangkan di Indonesia yaitu berkaitan dengan internet of things dan perangkat yang terhubung, analisis big data, enkripsi dan keamanan siber, kecerdasan buatan, platform dan aplikasi digital, augmented dan virtual reality, E-commerce dan perdagangan digital serta komputasi awan. Retensi bakat tenaga kerja yang ada, pengembangan bakat tenaga kerja serta ketersediaan talenta saat merekrut tenaga kerja, perlu dikembangkan dan diperluas di Indonesia. Upaya meningkatkan ketersediaan bakat dilakukan melalui proses pengembangan bakat dan promosi, mengartikulasikan tujuan dan dampak bisnis dengan lebih baik dan memanfaatkan kumpulan bakat yang beragam. Keterampilan teknologi dan keterampilan manajemen dibutuhkan untuk pekerjaan masa depan. Pelestarian lingkungan, desain dan pengalaman pengguna, literasi teknologi, manajemen bakat, fleksibilitas dan kelincahan, artificial intelligence dan big data serta berpikir kreatif merupakan prioritas keahlian dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan.
